Hi! My name is Aydan and I’m in my fourth year of a B.S. in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics. I work in the LARC as a tutor for Chemistry, Physics and Math, and am an embedded tutor for Physics 114. I transferred to Sonoma State from Santa Rosa Junior College in fall of last year. I’ve really gained a lot from being able to confidently approach the material in courses that I’ve taken throughout my time in school, and there have been many occasions where that wouldn’t have been doable without assistance from tutors as well as from professors during office hours. I really encourage anyone who needs it to pursue the extra resources that are available to aid in your success in STEM courses and am excited to be part of one of those resources as a LARC employee.
