Scheduling/WC Online FAQs

WC Online is a scheduling platform used by the Learning & Academic Resource Center to manage appointments, and for online appointment access.

You can access it through your SSU Portal, just as you do email, LoboConnect, Parking, My SSU, and more. Look for the purple tile with the bird on it!

Simply click on the LARC Tile in your Student Portal, then follow the directions to set up your account. On subsequent visits, you will be taken straight to the schedule itself. Please note: you will need to use your Sonoma State email in the brief registration form.

Please email our help desk at larcdeskw@sonoma.edu, call us at 707-664-4401, or drop by our front desk during business hours! Our staff will then guide you through setting up and accessing a WC Online account.

Accounts will be automatically disabled after you have three no-shows (meaning you fail to show up for three appointments, and don't cancel ahead of time). To get the account re-enabled, you must email our Administrative Support Coordinator, at estesg@sonoma.edu 

LARC's cancellation policy: Appointments must be canceled with a minimum of 2 hours notice, or they may be considered a "no-show." If you have three marked "no-shows" the scheduling system will automatically disable your account, and you will receive an email notification that this has happened. To reinstate your account, you must contact our Admin Coordinator at estesg@sonoma.edu.

Please note: If you are trying to cancel less than 2 hours before the appointment, you will not be able to cancel the appointment yourself. In this situation, please call the LARC at 707-664-4401 during open hours (listed below), or email the LARC at larcdeskw@sonoma.edu. You may also email us regarding any cancelations outside of business hours.
