About

Gillian Estes serves as the Administrative Support Coordinator for the LARC, providing essential support across all three programs. An alumna of SSU, she has held various student support roles on campus, including tutoring at the Writing Center and working with the EOP program. She has also contributed to student success at Santa Rosa Junior College, particularly through the HSI and UMOJA programs.

A dedicated advocate for equity in higher education, Gillian has been an active member of the President's Advisory Council on Diversity, Equity, Campus Climate & Inclusion. She currently serves as Chair of Staff Council, following two years as Vice Chair, and is deeply committed to fostering student and staff development. Additionally, she represents Bargaining Unit 7 as part of the CSUEU.
