About
Shannon Morehead is a Sonoma State University graduate student, working on her second year studies in English Literature with a focus in literary criticism. She received her undergraduate degree from SSU as well and is working to become an educator. As the Assistant Director for the Writing Center, she strives to create a welcoming and positive environment for students and staff of all backgrounds to grow academically, professionally, socially, creatively, and to step into their identities as the scholars they are. She is deeply dedicated to making academics and scholarship accessible to all. Shannon also works as the Editor in Chief of Zaum, Sonoma State's acclaimed literary magazine.
